We're looking for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our dynamic, fast-paced surgical team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the highest level of care for patients during surgery. Collaborate with skilled surgeons and healthcare professionals to provide top-tier patient outcomes in the Operating Room. Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing surgery.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions throughout procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field, ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are ready.
- Assist the surgical team during operations, offering support and expertise.
- Work with surgeons and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery.
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Operating Room experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities.
