Now Hiring for Our Brand-New Sugar Land Location! We're excited to bring Mia's Table to Sugar Land and are currently building our opening team ahead of our anticipated late June 2026 opening! At Mia's Table, we believe great food brings people together. Known for our Southern comfort food, warm hospitality, and family-friendly atmosphere, Mia's Table is more than just a restaurant it's a place where guests feel at home. As we prepare to open our newest location, we're looking for energetic, highly organized, and dependable team members to join our Curbside & To-Go team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask under pressure, and take pride in delivering an accurate and exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do: As a Curbside / To-Go Team Member at Mia's Table, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives their order quickly, accurately, and with genuine hospitality whether they're dining at home, at work, or picking up curbside. Responsibilities include:

• Taking guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Operating the POS system and processing payments
• Organizing and packaging To-Go and delivery orders with attention to detail
• Ensuring all food items, sauces, utensils, condiments, and beverages are included before orders leave the restaurant
• Coordinating with the kitchen and Expo team to maintain speed and accuracy
• Delivering curbside orders promptly and professionally to guests
• Managing multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment
• Communicating clearly with guests, drivers, and team members
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked To-Go area
• Assisting with online, third-party delivery, and catering pickup orders
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous restaurant or To-Go/curbside experience required
• Ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the shift
• Food Handler and TABC Certifications required
• Experience with online ordering platforms and restaurant POS systems is a plus
