Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising students or serving as a clinical instructor preferred.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and competency programs preferred.
• Experience with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.

You will participate in student education, pursue professional development, and adhere to the state Practice Act and discipline-specific codes of conduct. You will follow clinic safety programs, including safe patient handling, infectious disease precautions, and workplace hazard reporting.
