2ND SHIFT DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR

Louisville, KY | 25–45 mile radius | Fully On-Site Our client is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Distribution Supervisor to lead warehouse operations within a stable, well-established distribution center in Louisville, KY. This individual will serve as the senior leader on second shift, overseeing daily operations, employee performance, safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring customer expectations are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing teams, driving operational excellence, and working in a fast‑paced distribution environment. Schedule (Monday – Friday) 2:30 PM – Approximately 1:00 AM Additional hours and occasional weekend support may be required based on business needs.
