We're currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs and functional independence

• Collaborate with COTAs and other rehab team members to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care plans

• Contribute to discharge planning and recommendations for continued care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active OT license in Arkansas (or eligible for licensure)

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work PRN hours, including weekends if needed
