Brooklyn Sports Club is hiring Swim Instructors to teach swimmers of all agesfrom beginner water safety to advanced stroke developmentin one of Brooklyn's most active aquatics programs.

This is a great opportunity for swimmers, lifeguards, and aquatics professionals looking for flexible hours and strong hourly pay while making a real impact teaching life-saving skills.

Pay

$22.50 $40 per class (Pay varies based on program type including group lessons, private lessons, and specialty aquatics programs.)

What You'll Do

• Teach swim lessons for children and adults at various skill levels
• Help swimmers develop water safety, comfort, and stroke technique
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
• Communicate with parents about swimmer progress
• Maintain pool safety and follow aquatics policies

Qualifications

• Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED required (or ability to obtain)
• Swim instruction or aquatics experience preferred
• Positive, reliable, and comfortable working with children
• Strong communication and customer service skills
