What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable and support accounts receivable activities
- Process invoices, cash applications, and collections follow-up
- Assist with inventory transactions and system entries
- Support month-end close and prepare account reconciliations
- Contribute to audit support and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, hybrid environment
