Product Analyst (Patient Support Programs / HUB Services / RCM + Azure API)

Product Analyst responsible for driving product ownership, requirements management, healthcare business analysis, and Azure API-based integration initiatives for Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, Revenue Cycle Management, Payer, and Claims Processing platforms.

Responsibilities: -

• Understand client interfacing systems and prepare detailed business and functional specification documents.
• Work as a Product Owner by translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and communication across stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
• Simplify complex business requirements into clear and understandable functional specifications.
• Support Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, RCM, Payer, and Claims Processing initiatives.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work closely with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support API-related requirements and integration discussions involving Azure environments.
• Provide training to customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions when required.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

• Strong domain expertise in Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payer, and Claims Processing.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience gathering requirements, preparing specification documents, and managing business requirements.
• Experience working as a Product Owner and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements management, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with Azure APIs and integration-related requirements.
• Capability to work closely with Scrum teams at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to train customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience working on Salesforce projects.
• Exposure to healthcare product development and patient engagement platforms.
• Experience with Azure integration and API ecosystems.
