You will be surrounded by state-of-the-art equipment and resources aimed at facilitating effective therapy sessions, accompanied by a diverse and engaging patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations for clients, including children, to determine functional abilities and limitations.Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific goals and needs.Regularly assess clinical signs and therapy progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system.Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, helping them navigate the challenges and milestones of recovery.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multi-disciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for patients accessing multiple services.Actively participate in achieving minimum utilization goals and contributing to the overall success of the practice.Embrace and promote Rejuvenate Rehab Studio's core values, serving as an ambassador for our commitment to patient-centric care.Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse clientele ranges from pediatric to geriatric patients, representing various backgrounds and diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist at Rejuvenate Rehab Studio, you will have the opportunity to work with patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and more. Your role will be critical in devising strategies that foster independence through recovery, utilizing your expertise to provide tailored interventions for each unique case.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Current and unrestricted physical therapy license in California, as issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.Strong commitment to delivering top-notch patient services both in-person and via telehealth modalities as clinically appropriate.A passion for working with a diverse patient population, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, with a collaborative and team-oriented spirit.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient therapy setting is highly desirable.Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.Advanced certifications in specialized therapeutic areas will be viewed favorably.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, based on experience.
