We will PAY you to TRAIN in Dialysis!Starting Salary for an Inexperienced Trainee is $17.34 per hourQUALIFICATIONS:Excellent work historyPatient care or Phlebotomy experience a plusSuccessful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor's degree is a plusHighly motivatedAttention to detailsMust be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facilityTRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:Sixteen weeks paid formal trainingWeeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unitWeeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instructionWeeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptorSuccessful completion of training program is dependent on maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams along with passing clinical competenciesExcellent attendance record is mandatoryCenters for Dialysis Care is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
