The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, conducting inspections, coordinating daily assignments, responding to client requests, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on schedule.The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and appearance and be proactive, dependable, organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.Job RequirementsPrevious supervisory experience in janitorial, facility maintenance, or a related field preferred.Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members.Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with management and staff.Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Coordinate daily work assignments and address operational issues as they arise.Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Reliable transportation.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.BenefitsFull-TimePay Rate: $17.00 per hourHours: 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 3:00PM and 3:00PM to 11:00PM, Monday - Friday, including weekendHealth Benefits PackageOpportunities for growth and advancementPritchard Industries participates in E-Verify.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
