Implementation Specialist

Owning the implementation process from post-sale handoff through go-live, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage multiple customer projects, coordinating configuration, data migration, workflows, training, and launch readiness to ensure successful transitions onto Prospyr. Key responsibilities Manage customer implementations from Sales handoff through successful go-live, including building implementation plans and maintaining clear communication Guide customers through the configuration of their Prospyr environment and validate setup prior to go-live Coordinate data migration and third-party integrations while delivering role-based customer training for go-live readiness Required qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously Experience in healthcare, EMR, medical aesthetics, wellness, payments, or vertical SaaS is a plus Proficiency in learning complex software and product configuration Strong customer communication and training skills
