- 6+ months of related facilities/maintenance experience in a corporate setting
- AA degree or equivalent education/experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and maintenance
- Hands-on with tools, carpentry, painting, and small repairs
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Maintain and repair building structure, equipment, and grounds
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and minor repairs
- Support equipment maintenance and compliance documentation
- Perform light carpentry, painting, and handyman tasks
