Who You Are The Sales Associate role within the BridgeUSA International Sales team is designed for recent college graduates and emerging professionals who are eager to build a career in sales. This position is ideal for someone competitive, motivated by achieving results, and driven to meet and exceed ambitious targets. What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you will learn the fundamentals of sales outreach, relationship building, and program promotion while supporting the growth of the BridgeUSA programs. Responsibilities May Include Connect with prospective host organizations, partners, and community contacts to introduce BridgeUSA programs Support outreach campaigns through phone, email, and virtual sales meetings Build relationships with employers and community partners across the U.S. with the goal of driving sales Collaborate with experienced team members to identify new partnership opportunities that would result in sales Track outreach activities and engagement using internal systems Participate in training sessions focused on professional communication, sales fundamentals, and international education Help promote cultural exchange opportunities that support global learning and workforce development What You’ll Bring You May Be a Great Fit If You Are you a recent college graduate or an early-career professional Enjoy winning, communicating with people, and building relationships Are curious about global cultures and international exchange programs Have strong listening and networking skills Are organized and comfortable learning new technology tools Are motivated to grow professionally and receive mentorship Previous sales experience is a plus Skills We Value Team collaboration and leadership Comfort speaking with new people Competitive spirit and goal orientation Time management and organization Curiosity about global cultures and international programs Why Join CIEE?
