Are you passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home? We are looking for caring, dependable, and professional Caregivers and CNAs who are committed to providing exceptional support to individuals and families in our community.

What We're Looking For

• CNA certification (for CNA applicants) or caregiving experience preferred
• At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals who enjoy serving others
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel to client homes within a reasonable service area
• Ability to successfully complete required screenings, including a background check
• Willingness to complete pre-employment health requirements, including a TB test or chest X-ray
• Availability to work a minimum of four shifts a month

Onboarding Requirement : Candidates must accept and complete an initial client assignment to finalize the onboarding process and become active team members.

What You'll Do

As a member of our care team, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Duties may include:

• Assisting clients with personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation
• Preparing light meals and assisting with daily household tasks
• Accompanying clients to appointments and community outings as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs
• Delivering specialized care for clients with memory loss, chronic illnesses, hospice needs, or recovery support
