All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and proceduresPromote company core values to foster and safeguard family-centric cultureResponsible for providing support for project engineering, quality control, contract administration, shop drawing review, submittals, and related support functionsAssists in closeout operations to include the review of test results, redlines and as-builts, warranties and other related project closeout documents per contracts as neededAssists in the coordination and review of drawings, submissions, specifications, bill of materials, project change requests, and document controlAssists in the collection of data and documentation for the creation and submission of RFIs, project data submittals and project or task specific methods of operationCoordinates with the project and field management teams and field personnel to design, create, implement, and administer labels that of which complies to established customer specificationsManages inventory control, monitoring and tracking of label printing equipment and resources as well as label printing operationsCollaborate with the project team to create and define methods to improve project efficiencies in order to maintain and increase project profitability that promotes a culture of continuous improvementDrive continuous improvement activities and support lean initiatives across the site to align with deployed corporate strategic goalsThis position is generally expected to require minimal overnight travel (5%)The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2Additional responsibilities: as identified and assignedWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED or applicable associate degree2-5 years work experience in the low voltage construction industry required2-5 years experience in an administrative office setting preferredHyperscale data center knowledge is preferredRequired proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft ExcelExperience with AutoCAD preferredKnowledge of construction technology, equipment and methods requiredTactful professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors and othersStrong organizational, attention to details, time management, record-keeping and follow-up skillsAbility to effectively research information and identify solutions regarding technical and design issuesAbility to identify and meet customers expectations and requirements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
