This is a contingent position based upon contract win.

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking an Integration/QA Engineer to join our team supporting a federal customer. This position is contingent on contract win.

This person provides cross-solution integration and quality assurance by validating that software, APIs, data, security automation, workflows, ATO automation, and platform components operate together as intended within customer's approved environment. 

This is a remote position. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integration, system, regression, end-to-end, API, and workflow test strategies for automation capabilities. 
• Create automated test suites, test data, mocks/stubs, acceptance criteria, quality gates, and repeatable validation procedures. 
• Validate interfaces, data exchanges, security controls, error handling, logging, workflow paths, and deployment behavior across integrated components. 
• Trace requirements and defects to test evidence; document results and support prioritization and resolution of issues. 
• Integrate automated tests into customer's existing CI/CD pipeline and support release-readiness reviews. 
• Coordinate with developers, platform, security, data, ATO automation, and Government stakeholders during integration and validation activities. 
• Maintain test plans, test cases, results, defect records, runbooks, and quality documentation consistent with customer Launch Pad and CMMI processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years of relevant integration, software test, QA, or systems engineering experience.
• Experience designing and automating API, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing in enterprise software environments. 
• Experience with defect management, requirements traceability, CI/CD integration, test evidence, and release-readiness activities. 
• Ability to diagnose cross-component failures spanning applications, APIs, data, platforms, security tooling, and workflows. 
• Ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust. At least an active Secret clearance is highly preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation:

Salary Range: TBD

The SkyePoint Decisions salary range for this position is a general guideline only. It represents an estimated range for this position and is just one piece of our total compensation package. 

Salary at SkyePoint is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work schedule, the candidate's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, market data and business considerations.
