Key responsibilities include partnering with the CCO to manage core strategic initiatives, serving as a cross-functional liaison, and working closely with the Director of Growth to drive the expansion of the expert community. The role also involves driving AI enablement and leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff role at the company is a growth-minded, data-driven decision-maker with a strong interest in community, partnerships, and paid growth channels. They should be a collaborative problem solver, a strong communicator, and capable of fostering a positive and supportive work environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The role demands a professional who is comfortable setting direction and is equally adept at hands-on execution, and who can effectively engage with stakeholders across various functions and seniorities.
