About the Role

HR Assistant, Contract Fall Outage Season - 3 -4 months (August-November). You will work 100% remote within the United States. You will be a critical resource tasked with new hire onboarding and off-boarding, payroll management, and data adjustments in various systems throughout the internal network. You will work 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday with additional weekend hours during busy onboarding periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Data Management in multiple internal systems
• Process and manage ticketing system for all required employee changes
• Working with various departments within the company to address issues
• Employment Verifications
• Unemployment Claims
• Per Diem Certification
• Contractor Data Management
• Creation and revision of new and existing processes
• Data reporting and data validation

Qualifications

3 years of experience in HRIS Systems (PowerHUB, SuccessFactors, SAP) Experience with Human Resources Operations and best practices Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience with communication, presentations with new hire employees US citizen or Permanent Resident required. You will pass an office nuclear background and pre-employment drug screen

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22/hour to $25/hour.
