Requirements:Responsibilities
- Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
- Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
- Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
- Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
- Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals
- Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
