If you have previous assembly and/or manufacturing experience and you're looking to get your foot in the door of a leading manufacturing company, this Production Assembly position could be a great fit for you!

In this role, you'll be trained to assemble and repair wax molds using hot pencils and hand tools. Not only is the pay competitive - you'll be eligible for quarterly pay increases and bonuses!

Production Assembly Job Duties

• Assemble wax patterns according to detailed instructions
• Check wax pieces for cracks or damages and fix them if needed
• Handle wax parts carefully to avoid breaking or bending them
• Measure wax parts to ensure they are the right size and shape

Schedule

• Swing shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:45pm - 12:45am
  • Training schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4am – 2:30pm
• Compressed Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday, 6am-6:30pm
  • Training: Monday - Friday, 5am - 2:30pm (2-4 weeks)

Pay

$22.78 per hour

Production Assembly Requirements

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on work such as woodworking, jewelry making, crafting, electronics, or small-part repair
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small, delicate components with precision and consistency
• Comfortable following detailed written instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Experience using hand tools, microscopes, or soldering equipment is a plus
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
