Location: El Centro, Calexico, or Brawley, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible schedule
Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Practice
Population: Infants, Children & Adolescents

Summary

Seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to provide high-quality outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents. The physician will provide preventive care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions, monitor development, and work closely with families and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform well-child examinations and preventive care.

• Conduct school and sports physicals.

• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and acute conditions.

• Manage chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, eczema, and childhood obesity.

• Monitor growth, development, and age-appropriate screenings.

• Provide immunizations and family education.

• Address developmental and behavioral concerns and coordinate referrals.

• Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, therapists, and community programs.

• Maintain accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Support the expansion of pediatric services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

• Active, unrestricted California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Current DEA registration, as applicable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Family-centered approach to patient care.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
