Branch ManagerA growing property restoration company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across the DC market. This is a full P&L leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, operational discipline, and building high-performing teams.Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / Annual base salary + bonusBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).What You'll DoOwn full P&L responsibility for both locations, including revenue, gross margin, and profitability performanceLead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and salesBuild a culture of accountability and follow-through, driving consistent, high-quality client experiencesCoach, develop, and motivate branch managers and staff through proactive, hands-on leadershipPartner with business development to grow market presence and strengthen key accounts (insurance carriers, property managers, and similar relationships a plus)Ensure safety compliance and consistent use of CRM/reporting systemsTravel regularly between the two marketsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience owning a P&L for a location or branch generating at least $4M in revenueMulti-site leadership experience strongly preferredBackground in restoration or construction is a major plus; candidates from other distributed service industries (facilities, environmental services, etc.) with strong P&L ownership will also be considered5+ years in a leadership role such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, Market Director, District Manager, or similarBachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field preferredStrong financial acumen and a track record of improving team accountability and client satisfactionA proactive, receptive, growth-oriented leadership styleAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
