Work Location: Downingtown, Pennsylvania, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay: $24.00 – $33.50 USD Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance with policies and procedures, and risk mitigation. Drive and reinforce meeting Operational, Customer and Sales objectives. When no other manager is available, manage the store, run the teller side and platform, and address customer escalations. Guide the team in acquiring, retaining and deepening relationships by reinforcing personalized sales and advice activities. Provide oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives that result in legendary customer and colleague experiences. Deliver day‑to‑day team leadership and direction for effective and efficient delivery of personalized or complex service and advice activities while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines. Monitor teller workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate duties and responsibilities. Understand and apply bank operational policies, procedures and regulations; establish expectations and educate the team on risk management. Drive operational excellence in the store, including cash handling, vault management, control of negotiable items, fraud prevention, expense control, integrity promotion, customer privacy and employee safety. Engage customers about loan products, facilitate application intake, and maintain active registration status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Lead, develop and coach the team on effective customer service, product and advice conversations; support strategies to improve the overall customer experience. Apply customer‑relationship tools and campaigns to advocate for and educate customers on services and products. Provide end‑to‑end financial advice, building trust, offering consultative support and advocating proactive insights and recommendations. Acquire and deepen the store’s customer base through proactive sales and service activities, self‑generated leads, partner/retail referral leads, campaign leads, outbound calls, SMS outreach, appointments and lead prioritization. Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of related experience working with customers and/or sales, or equivalent. Notary license preferred. Demonstrated supervisory experience or ability to provide direction, decision making and coaching. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment in problem solving. Proficient with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel. Ability to supervise and lead others; ability to maintain active NMLS registration as required under RegulationZ and the SAFE Act. Knowledge of bank operational policies, procedures, regulations and compliance guidelines. Physical Requirements Perform sedentary work continuously, with occasional lifting of loads under 25lbs and occasional lifting over 25lbs. Stand and walk frequently, with occasional moving in confined spaces and occasional squatting, bending, kneeling or crawling. Occasional twisting, pulling or pushing; continuous concentration for long periods; continuous reading, writing and comprehension of instructions; continuous addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
