Take the next step in your trucking career with regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. Whether you're a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, enjoy predictable miles, supportive mentorship, and bi-weekly home time.
- 4-6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor
- Full pay during training weeks
- $300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck
- Hands-on guidance on Western regional dry van operations
- Requirements: CDL-A license, age 21+, 120+ hours from accredited CDL school, clean work history
- Average weekly pay: $1,300-$1,500
- Top 25% earn up to $1,700 per week
- Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
- Home every two weeks
- Steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Prescription coverage
- 401(k) with company match

- Accident and critical illness coverage
- Class A CDL
- Age 21 or older
- 6+ months experience (or enrollment as trainee)
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR/PSP
- Stable work history with minimal gaps
