By joining the team at Kyle Van Santen's State Farm Agency, you will develop a mastery in sales and customer service to support your personal and professional goals. We will provide resources to help you pass your Personal Lines Insurance licensing exam.

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, and using exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications include dedication to customer service, sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, ability to obtain Property and Casualty License, ability to obtain a Life/Health License, ability to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, and interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
