IT Business Analyst – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis efforts, support WMS rollouts across multiple distribution sites, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain
• Support WMS rollout implementations across multiple warehouse locations
• Understand end-to-end supply chain processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment
• Work on system integrations across: CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, Financial Systems
• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into functional requirements
• Plan, execute, and support WMS implementation & rollout activities
• Collaborate with Development, Configuration, QA, and Business teams
• Act as primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
• Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment
• Provide rollout support, including UAT, training, and hypercare
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience in multi-site WMS rollouts
• Knowledge of supply chain and distribution operations
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel across the USA for rollout deployments
