NAPA
NAPA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Market People Partner to advise HR and lead talent initiatives across assigned locations. You will align with leaders to shape talent acquisition, planning, onboarding, learning, engagement, performance, compensation, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of People, you’ll drive employee lifecycle programs, oversee onboarding, training, and events, and partner with COEs to close gaps. #J-18808-Ljbffr NAPA
