About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Distribution Center Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a high-caliber senior leader with a proven track record in warehouse distribution operations, including recent experience as a President, General Manager, or equivalent leader with full P&L accountability. This role is pivotal in driving business performance across various functions, including operations, sales, supply chain, transportation, safety, and talent management. The VP will be responsible for leading day-to-day distribution center operations, ensuring excellence in service, safety, productivity, quality, and financial performance. They will also be tasked with supporting the execution of strategic and operational initiatives to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
