Job Summary: Will oversee all patients registration and scheduling for the Infusion Unit. Assists in the acquisition and preparation of the Infusion Treatment and Therapy plan for appointment readiness. Responsible for the coordination of daily unit and work station operations in addition to performing routine receptionist / front office functions. The Infusion Center Scheduler/Unit Secretary plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the infusion center. This position is responsible for patient registration, scheduling infusion treatments, coordinating with physician offices, and maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support patients, providers, and staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
