Service Technician

Job Description

As a Service Technician at Marion CDJR, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of vehicles to meet safety and performance standards. You will work closely with customers to address their automotive needs and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations
Diagnose mechanical issues and develop appropriate solutions
Perform repairs on engines, brakes, transmission systems, and other components
Interact with customers to understand their concerns and discuss recommended services

Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive service technician
Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication and customer service skills
