You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. General responsibilities include:* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.* Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.* Great attention to detail and organization skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office* Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment* Ability to multi-task and solve problems* Learn tasks quickly, accurately, driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.* Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers.WHAT YOU WILL DO* Responsible for pulling orders and preparing them for shipment.* Handle all shipping and receiving duties including unloading trucks to receive inbound shipments and preparing outbound shipments.* Maintain clean and safe work area.* Perform computer functions to systematically quality check, transfer, and pack each order in the system, as well as ordering replacement units, screens, or transfers when needed by production.* Ability to understand and follow production process required* Follow safe work practices including but not limited to proper use of machinery (identifying moving parts) and cleanliness (work area and machinery).* Readiness to perform other job functions or relocate to another department based on lack of workflow or departmental need.* Positive attitude and the ability to work with others in a team environment* Flexibility regarding work schedule based on workflow demand.* Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.* Pack, fold, and arrange garments.* Scanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system.* Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolve inventory and order discrepancies.### QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES* 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting* Basic blueprint reading skills.* Moderate understanding of quality control standards and techniques.* 2 years in-depth SAP experience* Learning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.* Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to work independently and as a team.* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.* Strong time management and attention to timelines.EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE* HS Diploma or GED (required)* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus* Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel* Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
