Job Description
This role focuses on MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel, with some TIG welding work as needed. You will use your welding skills to produce high-quality steel components while following established safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components according to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Complete TIG welding tasks on steel when required to support production needs.
- Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment and tools to ensure proper weld quality and efficiency.
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with welding equipment, materials, and in the shop environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift supervisors to meet production schedules and targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
- Adhere to shift schedules and reliably attend assigned day or night shift hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.
