General Manager

DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, hospitality, and staff management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Implement food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Coordinate events and special functions to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is essential.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus.
