The above is accomplished with the utilization of effective communication skills with patients, significant others and members of the multidisciplinary health care team. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year acute critical care or 2 years medical/surgical RN experience required. Bachelor#s Degree Nursing preferred. National Certification in area of practice preferred. N.Y.S. Nursing License, Current N.Y.S. Registration. BLS, ACLS and successful completion of critical care and dysrythmia modules within six months of hire.
