We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors in Merrillville, IN. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face interactions at retail locations, promotional events, and community-based campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Represent client brands at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
Engage directly with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Introduce products, services, and current promotions
Answer customer questions and provide helpful product information
Generate leads, support customer enrollments, and contribute to sales goals
Assist with campaign and event setup, execution, and organization
Work alongside your team to create a positive customer experience
Provide feedback on customer interactions and campaign performance

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Team-oriented and open to coaching and development
No previous experience required — paid training provided
