Your Day-to-Day

• Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the design and product-selection process.

• Help homeowners, contractors, and designers select cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, fireplaces, and more.

• Bring blueprints to life by collaborating on designs, measuring job sites, and ensuring products are a perfect fit.

• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates that give customers confidence in their project decisions.

• Build lasting relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.

• Use blueprints, sales tools, inventory software, and other technology to support a seamless customer experience.

• Keep the showroom looking fabulous and participate in trade shows, community events, and special projects.

Business Development Is a Key Part of This Role

This is more than a showroom sales position. A significant part of your success will come from building new relationships and growing business in the community.

• Proactively call on contractors, builders, designers, and other trade partners to introduce Central Kitchen & Bath and develop new business.

• Build and maintain a strong network of referral and repeat-business relationships.

• Identify sales opportunities outside the showroom through community outreach, job-site visits, contractor meetings, and industry events.

• Confidently represent our products, services, and showroom expertise to prospective customers and business partners.

• Follow up consistently with prospective contractors and builders to turn relationships into long-term business.

• Work independently to generate leads, build a book of business, and grow showroom sales.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A flair for design and a passion for helping others create beautiful spaces.

• Stellar customer service and communication skills.

• Demonstrated sales confidence, initiative, and a genuine drive to prospect for new contractor, builder, and trade-partner relationships.

• Comfort working in the community to build relationships, generate leads, and develop new business.

• The ability to juggle details, deadlines, estimates, and customer requests like a pro.

• Strong familiarity with design or sales software; experience with estimation tools and blueprint reading is a plus.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in interior design and/or Art is highly preferred.
