Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our practice! Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we’d love to have you on our team. As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our clinic, providing top-quality care and support to our patients and dental team.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect during their visit.

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.

• Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.

• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.

• Update patient records with information about treatments performed, procedures scheduled, and any concerns raised by patients.

• Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions and guidance on oral hygiene and preventive practices.

• Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents as needed for procedures.

• Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, adhering to all infection control protocols.

part-time $20 - $25 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:

• 3 Days a Week

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

What We’re Looking For:

• Open to new graduates or candidates with prior experience in the field

• Certification as a Dental Assistant is a plus (but not required for new grads)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks
