Compliance Analyst
Our client is hiring a Compliance Analyst (Entry-Level, Remote Pakistan - Based. The ideal candidate is a graduate of IBA or LUMS, eager to learn and start a career in AML/CFT compliance. This role offers in-depth training, client exposure across the MENA region, and an opportunity to work on policy development, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing AML/CFT policies based on jurisdictional regulations
- Participate in compliance training development and delivery
- Support compliance risk assessments and help identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with clients to implement and maintain effective compliance systems
- Stay informed on evolving AML/CFT laws and market-specific regulations
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation
- Provide ongoing support for client AML processes and sanctions screening
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from IBA or LUMS
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
