Customer Service Representative

General Purpose: This position primary responsibility is to provide customer service to our dealers/consumers and sales agencies, by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and sales programs. Key responsibilities: Communicate with our customers by telephone and utilizing email to provide information about product, terms and deliveries. Compute and quote prices. Responsible for initiating and investigating order queries, billing, miss-ships and provide tracking information. Handle customer requests and prepare various correspondences for customers. Serve in a capacity as company liaison between the general public and industry professionals. Supports the dealers, sales agencies and sales managers by providing timely and accurate information of customer order status and informing them of potential problems related to their accounts. Attend all product clinics offered by the company and keep updated on the latest technical information. General customer file maintenance, customer correspondence and special projects may be assigned as needed. Process customer returns per established department policies and procedures. Credit card authorization processing and communicating order release to the credit team. Miscellaneous tasks and duties as required, including helping to staff our reception desk. Qualifications: Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Capable of efficiently learning and navigating proprietary systems.
