As an RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across The Birth Center and Outpatient Lactation Clinic, providing seamless support from hospitalization through outpatient follow-up.Provide lactation assessments, education, interventions, and follow-up.Support inpatient and outpatient breastfeeding and feeding needs.Assess latch, positioning, milk transfer and supply, pumping, comfort, and infant feeding.Create individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and feeding goals.Educate families on breastfeeding, pumping, milk storage, supplementation, and returning to work.Collaborate with RNs, physicians, rehabilitation clinicians, and the care team.Work across The Birth Center and Outpatient Lactation Clinic based on patient needs.Maintain accurate documentation and support education and quality initiatives.What we offer:We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
