Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a multi-licensed Staff Pharmacist role based in the Nashville, TN area within a specialty pharmacy setting. The position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement with an immediate start and focuses on managing low-volume, highly specialized pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical patient management for individuals with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions needing infused medications.
• Apply therapy-specific expertise to manage factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions used in chronic disease treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on proper drug administration techniques, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe home handling.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance complexities, secure prior authorizations, and explore financial assistance options for patients.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License is required.
• Arkansas Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
• Prior experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training is available for candidates without prior use.
• Previous work in specialty pharmacy or clinical settings involving infused therapies is advantageous.
