Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse PCU

Schedule: 12-hour Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, weekend and holiday required

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 weekly

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH certification
• PALS preferred
• Critical care experience preferred
• Must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care and assess patient's needs, including clinical and teaching aspects.
• Recognize and address safety issues for self and patients.
• Implement safe patient handling techniques and use of lifts.
• Function efficiently in stressful situations and employ effective problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, prioritize tasks, and delegate appropriately.
• May assume duties as a charge nurse when required.
