Senior International Customer Specialist (F/M)

You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop and implement commercial plans to fit with customer needs. How You Will Contribute Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial strategy for international customers, action and private‑label partnerships with Lidl and strengthening Mondelēz International’s position with customers by preparing, negotiating and executing business plans. Coordinate between the customer and Mondelēz International’s internal functions. Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility. Build and develop strong category partnerships. Manage pricing within the Gross‑to‑Net framework, assortment management, and forecast accuracy in conjunction with the supply chain function. Work with cross‑functional colleagues to evaluate, plan and execute appropriate promotional and in‑store visibility initiatives. Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments. What You Will Bring Experience in retail account management and demonstrating credibility with senior stakeholders. Delivering superior results in different markets with varying degrees of maturity. Knowledge of category management. Effective communication skills. Negotiation skills. Ability to maintain and build effective relationships. Presenting to all levels of an organization. Budgeting and forecasting experience.
