Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential school for pre-K–12 students, seeks compassionate Residential Youth Caregivers to support students’ daily home life. In this role, you’ll create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. You’ll collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This is a mission-driven opportunity to make a lasting difference in students’ lives.
