Expeditor

Expo Job Description Expeditors are ultimately responsible for making sure the food gets to the customer in a timely manner. The expeditor monitors ticket times and food quality to ensure the customer receives their food timely. Expeditors are accountable for collecting the food from the cooks for each order. The expeditor verifies that the order is correct depending on any modifications the customer has requested. For example: no onion, extra side of ranch, or allergic to peanuts. After verifying the order is ready for distribution the expeditor or food runner will run the food to the customer. Other duties may include prepping the expo cooler for each shift. Clean and restock cooler each shift.
