Role: Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Generalist Responsibilities Facilitate learning by bridging knowledge and skill gaps identified through needs assessments Act as a change agent to transform healthcare processes Mentor and support professional development of staff Influence and lead inter-professional practice and learning environments Promote scientific inquiry, evidence-based practice, and knowledge dissemination Partner in practice transitions, fostering a culture of lifelong learning Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current nursing license in Texas Basic Life Support certification NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator preferred Minimum three years clinical nursing experience and application of adult education theory Key Attributes Strong leadership, mentorship, and change management skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
