What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division within a leading health system
• Serve as Associate Medical Director to guide system-wide cancer care strategy, research, and academic initiatives
• Lead and mentor more than 40 full-time hematology/oncology physicians and faculty
• Manage clinical, academic, and research programs, including expanding oncology services and clinical trials
• Oversee the Bone Marrow Transplant Program and infusion services across multiple hospitals and outpatient sites
• Collaborate with institutional leadership to develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology models
• Dedicate approximately 25% of your time to clinical practice in Hematology/Oncology
• Maintain a focus on research expansion, precision medicine, and population health
• Support academic development and mentorship of early-career investigators
• Promote multidisciplinary collaboration and education programs

What You Need:

• Hematology/Oncology fellowship completed; not eligible for board-eligible or recent graduates
• Proven leadership experience in an academic or health system environment, especially overseeing faculty, clinical programs, or research initiatives
• EMR system experience: Epic
• Open to H1B visa support only
• Strong strategic mindset, clinical expertise, and ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams
