District Performance & Physio is a direct pay, non insurance clinic in Washington, D.C. that focuses on helping active people stay active. We only work with people who have an active goal, whether that’s one of our Olympic athletes or our weekend warriors.We don’t accept any insurance, including Medicare. We offer a high level experience that focuses on individual care, empowering our clients and employees, and always making decisions that are best for the client that’s in front of you. Marketing, leadership, sales, systems will all be key skills to develop to make this position successful Wants to take on the responsibility of starting a new location and driving growth for this location with the support of our current successful community involvement, systems and marketing techniques Uses an empowering approach that teaches their clients to reach their goals instead of being afraid of their bodies Is willing to push themselves to be better and is dedicated to always learning and growing Wants to give the highest quality customer experience possible and make their clients excited to come to their appointment Wants to work with clients in a 1 on 1 environment in a performance setting Wants to actually make a difference in people’s lives Wants to work with motivated people instead of people who dread coming to physical therapy Is willing to fail, be uncomfortable, and grow from those experiences We aren’t expecting you to have all of these skills already. We have shown significant growth and have the training and support to make you successful even without experience in this type of setting.
