What You’ll Do Assess, monitor, and treat wounds and skin conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Lead pressure injury prevention initiatives. Educate staff on wound care best practices and infection prevention. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For Current RN or LPN license in Tennessee. Wound Care Experience (preferred). Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. A team player with a passion for resident‑centered care.
